For deliveries in Lebanon : 3-5 working days.
For international shipping : 5-10 working days (excluding public holidays).
For customized items, add the production time (mentioned in the description) usually 10-15 working days.

The following payment methods are accepted:
* Cash on delivery (USD or LBP) only for Lebanon
* Credit Card on the website gateway (International Limit / Fresh Money)
* Bank Wire / OMT / Western Union (details to be provided upon request)
NB: for international shipping , payment should be settled before delivery
Under the following conditions:
a. efroshbaytak.com will not accept returns after 3 days.
b. Item should be in the same condition you received it. If you use or damage it, it can no longer be returned.
c. If the defective product can be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, then the item cannot be refunded. Instead, you can arrange to get the item fixed or replaced.
d. The item should not be tampered with and should not have missing serial numbers, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories; otherwise, it will no longer be qualified for a refund.
e. The original package of any item should not be opened and should remain sealed.
Returns are typically processed within 1 week of receiving the item. During the holiday season, returns may take up to 2 weeks.
If the product is damaged you are eligible for a refund or change.
Certain products and services may not be refunded, returned or exchanged, and these include:
a. Labor, delivery, and/or installation services
b. Gift Cards
c. Special orders
d. Items that have been damaged through intentional or accidental abuse
e. BUNDLES: Items bought together as a bundle cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
